ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE

The terms listed in the following articles govern the sale of products by the company TS Maxed (name and address), which manufactures and distributes natural dietary supplements for men.

ARTICLE 2 – PRICE

The prices of our products are stated in Euros, including taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order). Shipping costs and any service charges are not included and will be separately identified at the time of the order and must be borne by the buyer.

For orders to countries other than Germany, you are the importer of the products concerned. Duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes must be borne by the importer. These rights are not within the jurisdiction of TS Maxed and are your responsibility, both in terms of returns and payments to the authorities and institutions in your country. We are happy to advise you on questions about how to contact your local authority in such a case.

All orders must be paid in Euros, regardless of their origin.

TS Maxed reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the products will be billed based on the rates at the time the order was confirmed and subject to availability.

The products remain the property of TS Maxed until full payment is made.

Note: Once you physically possess the ordered products, the risk of loss or damage to the products has already been transferred to you.

All data provided serves as valid proof of the transaction you have made.

The order confirmation serves as acceptance of the transaction made and is considered signed.

A summary of your order information and these general terms and conditions will be sent to you in PDF format, and you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

When you validate your order, it means that you commit to pay the indicated price.

When purchasing on account with Klarna, you always receive the goods first, and you always have a payment term of 14 days. The payment is made to Klarna. Please note that purchase on account is only available for consumers. The online shop charges a fee of 0.00 Euros per order when purchasing on account with Klarna.
